Christian S. Infantolino is licensed to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Christian has been with Morneau & Murphy since January 2014. Christian practice consists of multiple areas including real estate, land use & planning, and business and corporate work.
Christian graduated from St. Lawrence University in 2000, with a degree in biology and minors in psychology and micro genetics. Prior to the start of his legal career, Christian moved out west and opened a successful residential and commercial cleaning company. In 2003, he obtained his real estate license. He managed and operated a successful real estate brokerage/agency in Winter Park, Colorado. Christian received Century 21’s Rising Star Award in 2004 and 2006; as well as the Two Million Dollar Producer Award in 2007.

In 2010, he decided to pursue law school and attended Roger Williams School of Law. During his first year at law school, Christian interned with the Rhode Island Executive Office of Health and Human Services. He worked directly with Magistrate Joseph A. Montalbano performing legal research which focused on property concerns.
He also earned a coveted position with CVS Caremark through RWU Law’s In-House Counsel Externship Program. While there, Christian excelled, receiving the CALI award for residential real estate in 2013. Christian graduated Cum Laude from RWU Law in the same year.
Christian spent time clerking with The Law Offices of Kevin B. Murphy in Providence before accepting his position at Morneau & Murphy. Christian began working under John A. Murphy as his associate and ultimate successor and protégé. The firm embraced Christian with open arms, and continues to operate as a family business.

His practice concentrates in the areas of real estate, land use and planning, finance and banking, corporate representation and business succession planning. He has expertise in all aspects of residential and commercial law, including leasing, acquisitions and sales, development, land use and permitting, lending, condominium formation and operations, and 1031 exchanges.
Mr. Infantolino currently represents landlords and tenants of both commercial and residential properties, lenders and private equity participants, and various non-real estate-based entities with all their business needs. He is currently the co-manager of the Jamestown office.
Christian’s passion is his family. He lives in Jamestown with his two wonderful children, Jade and Skylar, and his beautiful wife Elaine. He enjoys skiing in the winter and camping, biking and all things beach in the summer. You may see him around town, as he stays active in the neighborhood. Christian has been a member of the Library Board of Trustees since 2016 and also volunteers his time as a Soccer Coach and Ski Patrol at Yawgoo Valley.
